The Wyfold Vineyard Brut 2011 is produced at my wife Barbara’s two-hectare Oxfordshire estate – Wyfold. Her scrumptious fizz can be found on the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants and has garnered a multitude of medals and awards.
