A glorious, top vintage Super Tuscan, awarded a phenomenal 99 points by Italy’s top critic, Luca Maroni. It’s from a Tuscan estate that’s no stranger to high-90s scores. Sangiovese with Merlot and Cab, barrel aged, it is sumptuous and rich.

For a great value rival to the wines of Provence, look to Bordeaux. Here, among the classic family estates and old vines, dry, elegant and fruit-filled rosé shines. Try this 2019 – brimful of strawberry, gooseberry and pink grapefruit flavours.
We have a long and very proud tradition in Bordeaux, dating back to 1969. As Bordeaux specialists, we use our extensive network of contacts to bring you outstanding clarets like this great-value discovery, blended by our own claret specialist.
Our Buyers have long been good friends with Javier Murúa - he makes our best-selling Rioja, Barón de Barbón. We were delighted when, a few years back, he decided to explore further afield and has set up a winery in Galicia's prized Riás Baixas region. It lies in the beautiful village of Meis, close to an ancient monastery. They work closely with 250 growers, tending 80 hectares of vines, all in the Salnés region, to obtain the highest-quality fruit.
Albariño is a top-performing variety of Spain. It produces the breezy, citrus freshness that Sauvignon drinkers adore, yet has a bit more weight, length and structure to satisfy. This wine is thoroughly delicious right now. Terrific on its own or enjoy with fish or light noodle dishes.
Albariño is "Spain's great gift to the wine world" (Robert Parker) and "Spain's best white by miles" (Matthew Jukes). It reigns supreme in Spain's legendary Rías Baixas region in Galicia, and in the hearts of white wine lovers everywhere. (Especially in Hong Kong!)
This one comes from the talented Javier Murúa, who makes our best-selling Barón de Barbón Rioja, one of our most-loved Spanish stars. He adores Albariño almost as much as Rioja, so he set up a winery in Riás Baixas, in the beautiful village of Meis, close to an ancient monastery. And we're so glad he did – this is superb! Offering striking lemon and lime zip, while balancing floral hints, white stone fruit, a lovely minerality and tang of the sea, it really is irresistible!
If you're looking for a white to match fine seafood, or you just love a crisp, clean, minerally and refreshing drop to sip on at drinks or parties, then this is a must-have for your collection. Keep a bottle in the fridge chilling and you'll be ready for any occasion.
Hurry for your share! As mentioned earlier, Albariño is VERY popular in Hong Kong, and this one is sure to sell very quickly. Don't miss out. Put your order in as soon as you can!

Château La Clarière 2021
Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux AOC
Château La Clarière is situated in Côtes de Castillon in France's famed Bordeaux region, very close to the prestige St Emilion region. La Clarière holds the honour of being the very first Confrère VIP Program wine. Mostly Merlot, silky, elegant, and supple, it has a dash of Cabernet for structure, and a velvety creaminess thanks to its long spell in oak. The 2021 here has won Gold and a Grand Gold!
Château de Colombe 2022
Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux AOC
Château de Colombe is another fine Castillon estate just across the way from La Clarière. Like La Clarière, the Colombe is a silky Merlot-rich blend, but aged only briefly in oak, so it's fruit-rich and supple and drinking beautifully now. It's a regular Gold-medal winner (11 Golds in the last five vintages, including this one) and is a must try for any fine Bordeaux fan.
Cabalié Origine 2022
Pays d'Oc IGP
‘Grand Cru' Origine is the purest essence of the much-loved Cabalié from the South of France, made solely from two old-vine vineyards. It's nearly all dark, spiced Carignan, with a few rows of silky Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, which add to the incredibly rich fruit and luscious texture. It's a Gold-winner too – one taste will show you why!
This is a very rare opportunity…. to try these 3 superb wines at this stunning price, so don't miss out! Grab a Tasting Case today. And if you love the wines, (and we think you will!) then make sure you take a look at our Confrère VIP Program. The Barbanera family and top consultant Andrea Bernardini have perfected the art of winemaking with the superb Nero di Troia grape. The result is the rich, velvety Corsiero. No need to blend Nero di Troia with softer varieties here. Gently pressed and carefully vinified, it makes a deeply flavoured, silky, fruit-rich red. Nero di Troia is named after the town of Troia in northern Puglia, said to have been founded by Greek hero Diomedes (famous for helping to defeat the ancient city of Troy).
Just outside Troia, the story goes, Diomedes planted vine cuttings named Nero after their dark-skinned grapes and the deep-coloured wine they produced. They certainly earn that title. Ripe, scented Corsiero is perfect with pasta or hearty meat dishes.
A taste of Nero di Troia, one of Puglia’s finest grapes. Made by top Italian winemaker Andrea Bernardini, it's a velvety red full of blackberry, violet and smoky vanilla spice.
