NZ is famous for its Sauvignon Blanc of course, but it has many other varieties that charm – like this delicious Gewürztraminer from the award-winning Seifried Estate in Nelson, not far from Marlborough.
Deeply aromatic on the nose, sweet and bright on the palate with beautiful lychee, spice and rosewater flavours, it’s an absolute delight. It’s wonderful with spicy stir-fries but is also delicious just to sip on its own.
