It’s been two decades since we introduced this white to our customers and it’s still a bestseller. The small, family-run property is in the commune of Sury-en-Vaux near the town of Sancerre. The estate’s sloping, chalk-rich vineyards enjoy the best possible aspect to the sun. This and their meticulous work in the vineyard ensure their Sauvignon grapes always display great intensity of flavour. Michel’s son Laurent has crafted a superb, focused, citrus-charged wine in the cooler 2024 vintage. The balance between ripeness and crisp acidity makes this an excellent dinner party white.
