His Collezione di Paolo Chianti 2023 is our top-selling Chianti every vintage – it’s rich in deep cherry fruit and luscious spice and is always fabulous value. His Collezione di Paolo Riserva 2021 uses fruit from Rufina – arguably Chianti’s finest sub-region – offering “Spiced cherries and red plums with hints of cedar and nutshells …91pts” (James Suckling).
