The region is the most westerly in the Loire, closest to the Atlantic, so its wines always seem to hint of the sea. You’ll taste that in this delicious Réserve white from fourth-generation winemaker Noël Bougrier, who added a portion of lees-aged wine for extra roundness and flavour.
