Destemmed grapes, open-top fermenters, and daily punching down. The wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 8 months before blending and bottling.
The nose is juicy and elegant with accents of black cherries, salted herbs, dried chokeberry and blackcurrant. Medium to dense body with good, soft freshness and preserved, juicy dark fruit and dark chocolate, which remains in the long finish.
