In 1928, Ettore Anselmi bought a plot of land in Verona – 25 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards and orchards. They moved to Friuli-Venezia Giulia in the 1950s, and now boast 250 hectares of vineyards. Today, Ettore’s son Luigi is the winemaker having absorbed his father’s philosophy and passion for the land. It’s a fragrant Prosecco with soft orchard fruit and blossom aromas, and mineral notes. Light and crisp with mouth-caressing bubbles.
