Meet the new Rex Mundi – a delicious southern French white from genius winemaker Hervé Sabardeil Hervé Sabardeil is the genius behind no less than three of our Top Ten sellers. Customers seem to love the way his wines (like Cabalié and Rex Mundi reds) reflect the warmth and sunshine of southern France. He’s equally talented, in fact with white wines, so recently he decided to create the Rex Mundi Blanc – a delicious blend of juicy, apple-fresh Colombard with creamy Chardonnay. It’s just the sort of style Hervé and his friends like to enjoy at a bistro and wine-bar in southern France. Crisply fruity, with hints of green apple, guava and peach, it’s dangerously moreish. Chill down – it’s great for sipping solo or with an array of lighter dishes like seafood, salads or a noodle stir-fry.
