It comes from the great Bernard Moreau’s Mâcon Mancey vineyards on the slopes of Les Cras. A meticulous producer, he uses only natural yeasts to bring out the lovely fruit. With 10% aged in new oak, the rest in seasoned barrels, there is a complexity and structure to the silky fruit and delicious forest floor characters. Dad will really love this!
