The Year of the Horse Cabalié Cuvée Vieilles Vignes 2024 is made from juicy, succulent Grenache and spicy, black Carignan grapes grown in the finest slate soils of Maury in France’s Languedoc Roussillon region. These grapes hail from ancient vines aged 60 to 100 years, with incredibly low yields (about half of a Bordeaux Grand Cru) which accounts for the opulently black colour and incredible intensity of flavour.
Aged in oak barrels, it gains an extra layer of creamy richness and lavish oak complexity – pure luxury in every sip! The perfect partner for your Chinese New Year feasts, this impressive red will steal the show on any table.
