Pillastro Primitivo is one of our best-loved wines. The three-time Winery of the Year has blended Cabernet with Primitivo, from 80-year-old vines, to make this dark swarthy red. It's barrel aged as well to add oak spice to the rich fruit.
A smooth red with bright fruit and layers of spice from a leading cellar and winemaker in Somontano (a tiny region in Aragón). Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Moristel grapes from tiny vineyards make up this exciting red.

Impressive, 93-point Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel Saint Estèphe from this 17th century estate. Only now is it beginning to open up to reveal its lavish layers of black fruit, truffle, spice box and cedar over polished tannins. Exceptional claret.

The Angus is a glorious ripe Aussie blend of the Bordeaux trio Cabernet, Merlot and Petit Verdot. It comes from the McPherson family, also behind The Full Fifteen, and provides a truly satisfying mouthful of dark fruit and spicy flavour.

The dense, luscious Waxed Bat Reserve is from remarkable winemaker Opi Sadler. He takes Cabernet and Malbec from the best, highest vineyards and ages the wine in barrel.
Waxed Bat’s hallmark velvet black fruit, taken a notch richer and deeper.
Anthonius and Leonarda Ham saw that the Western Heretaunga region of Hawke's Bay, with its ancient riverbeds and moderate climate, held the secret to fine wines.
They planted vineyards in this area, now known as the Bridge Pa Triangle district, and were one of the subregion's first wineries.
They remain family-owned today and have received Trophies for their impressive wines. 30 years later, they have converted fully to organic viticulture, with certification from the 2023 vintage.
New Zealander Barry Riwai is the winemaker. With considerable experience all over the world, he is well suited to produce this elegant Kiwi take on a Bordeaux blend.
