Delas was founded in 1835, in the heart of the renowned vineyards of the Northern Rhone. The company produces wines with the utmost care, each being an excellent example of its terroir and grape variety. The Delas wines are reputed for their fine flavours, concentration and complexity.
Ruby-red. Pungent red berries and spices on the nose, with a complicated nuance of dried rose. Bright and nervy on entry, then fleshier in the mid-palate, offering slightly bitter cherry and herb flavours and a touch of black pepper. Closes with good grip and slight dryness.
