Made in the same way as Champagne, Cattin Ice is a semi-sweet sparkling wine from Alsace. Brimming with ripe orchard fruits, rich honeyed sweetness with a refreshing acidity, it’s creamy, fruity, and beautifully presented in an pretty bottle.

Its vineyards are nearly all planted to Merlot, with a small amount of Cabernet Franc, and tended with meticulous care. As you can see from critics' scores, it is an admired claret and one that ages very well too. Matured in French oak (50% new), it has structure and length, but above all an appealing depth of luscious fruit and spice – like Christmas in a glass! Our latest find comes from winemaker Denis Fourmilliers, who looks after a tiny plot of vines at the edge of the village of Collobrières in the Var.
Here, long days of Mediterranean sunshine and cooling sea breezes ripen his grapes to perfection.
Crafted from Cinsault, Grenache, and a splash of Syrah, this rosé has expressive red summer fruits on the nose and palate followed by a long, elegant finish.
Well balanced and refreshing, it is delicious served as an apéritif and as a partner for salads and our local Provençal dishes.
