What RedHeads does best – searches out small parcels of fabulous quality grapes, brimful of flavour. Then they blend them, bit by bit, to handcraft a wine with abundant character and plenty of stylish panache. Our winemaker spotted these two unusual Spaniards on the Rocca's small family property in One Tree Hill, a tiny hamlet between the Barossa and Adelaide Hills. Not quite in the elevated part, it gets quite warm during the day, but there’s a cool draught from the Hills at night, which slows ripening and explains the amazing deep crimson hue of Vin’atus. Hand picked, destemmed and hand plunged (with effort!), and vinified in our traditional open-top fermenters, this is a hefty red, but velvet smooth. Ideal with lamb or rich bean stew.
Winemaker Alan Kennett pulls out all the stops to create another sublime ‘Stump’. He combines Australia's two powerhouse grapes – Shiraz and Durif – to make a super-charged black red, packed with ripe velvety fruit layered with spice.
The Boxer pays tribute to his boxing history, and it’s a Gold-medal heavyweight you’ll love. Look forward to inky black fruit, a big, rich palate and all the heft you’re used to in big Aussie reds.
Bill Calabria is winemaking royalty – he’s even received a Queen’s Birthday Honour for his services to charity and wine. Bill was also a boxing champion as a teenager, up 12 out of 13 fights (with seven KOs) before his mum found out!

Littore was founded by a Sicilian family, then taken over more recently by the Costa clan, who were winemakers in Europe for many years.
Toby is a master at capturing maximum fruit and freshness in his wines, well illustrated by the mouthfilling, juicy balance of Bellarine Bay. Made using premium grapes from Moorabool Valley and Geelong, it is ripe, fruity and extremely satisfying.
Riper than your average Pinot Grigio, its refreshing pear and citrus flavours have a tickle of spice, making it a great apéritif or match for seafood, chicken or creamy noodles.
