To celebrate our years of friendship and to mark the company's 50th year, Alessandro created a special Prosecco worthy of this anniversary. And so, Prosecco Millesimato was born.
Made entirely from the Glera grape and sourced from the finest organic vineyards in the village of Ronade, this sparkling gem is given its fizz by the special charmat method.
It’s long and toasty with ripe peach fruit.
Initially intended as a limited edition to commemorate a significant milestone, the Prosecco Anniversario was so popular, it now has a permanent place in our range.
We’ve worked with the genial Alessandro Gallici for over 20 years.
Every vintage he produces a superb range of both still and sparkling wines that our customers and staff adore. And this year, he's gone a step further – producing this gorgeous rosato edition.
It uses only specially selected, fine organic grapes, taken from around the village of Roncade and is given its fizz by the special charmat method.
Alessandro’s standard Prosecco is hugely popular to enjoy any time. And we know this fine vintage rosato version will be a big hit too!
It has appealing ripe peach fruit, bright, fresh red berry flavour and a fine stream of bubbles.
Chill down, then find a reason to open a bottle (or two)! It makes a particularly delicious aperitif.

Add some extra sparkle to any occasion with mini bottles of Alessandro's super fresh Prosecco, full of delicious apple and lemon flavours.
After all, right across Italy Prosecco is the bubbly of choice and as much a part of daily life as a gelato or an espresso.
This wine comes from northern Italian native Alessandro Gallici. He knows every grape grower worth knowing, every premium vineyard, and has spent his life making outstanding wines.
Softly spoken but passionate, he was for years president of a large winery but has now started his own business focusing on a range of bespoke wines bearing his own name.
Our latest shipment is beautifully fresh. Serve chilled as an aperitivo any time or add fresh peach juice for an authentic Bellini.
As the world’s thirst for Pinot Grigio continues apace, Argentina is emerging as a hotspot for this grape. Crafted by talented winemaker Steve McEwen, in his adopted home of South America, Alma Andina is brimming with bright, fresh fruit.

This is a stellar white Rioja. t’s the flagship of Altos, a cellar founded in 2006 by winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua, and already with 125 Golds. Old-vine Viura and Chardonnay, fermented in barrel, this is intense, citrusy and toasty.
Rarely, if ever, is it seen on its own. That didn’t deter José - a talented winemaker, credited by wine journo Tim Atkin as the man behind Portugal’s wine revolution.
José saw potential in this dark Portuguese star and his conviction has paid off. Aluado is now one of our customers’ favourite reds with over 1000 5-star reviews.
Winning Gold medals almost every vintage, Jose makes the wine at his family estate, Quinta de Porto Franco, just north of Lisbon.
A rich, velvety red, great solo or with grilled meats and stews.
But a huge haul of Golds later and they've changed their minds. The velvety black fruits that are so loved by our customers can now be enjoyed tenfold with the even richer Reserva edition.
José has searched out the very finest, low-yielding and intensely ripe Alicante grapes for this super cuvée, and you can taste the mouth filling difference.
Even more richness and spice, but at only 13%, it's still no heavyweight and has a lovely zip of freshness to all that blackberry, cassis and damson fruit.
Enjoy with richly flavoured casseroles and red meat dishes.
It comes from Casa Santos Lima, a grand, family-run property near Lisbon and the Atlantic coast.
The winery was founded by Joaquim Santos Lima in the late 19th century, and three generations later is one of Portugal’s most go-ahead cellars, with Maria João Santos Lima and José Luís Santos Lima Oliveira da Silva, granddaughter and great grandson of the founder, at the helm.
Amoras brings together four cracking local grape varieties: leafy raspberry Castelão, juicy cherry-rich Camarate, cassis-laden Touriga Nacional and plummy Alicante Bouschet.
Superb as a glass on its own or with pork-bean casserole.
If you like dry, bright, berry-fresh rosés, then you'll love Portugal’s new wave rosados. This country cultivates a myriad of exciting red varieties which, when picked early, with lots of refreshing zip, make perfect crisp pinks. Amoras is from a single estate 40km north of Lisbon, Casa Santos Lima, which has been owned by the same family for four generations.
The wine is named after the wild blackberry bushes that frame the vineyards, giving the local wildlife something other than tasty grapes to feed on! For this refreshing rosé, the winemaker selected Portugal’s prized native grapes, plus a portion of deep, blackcurrant Cabernet. It's a tasty drop on its own and ideal with seafood, salads, at a barbecue or with Asian cuisine.

However, a down draught from the Andes and the Pacific’s Humboldt Current both help to moderate temperatures by day and ensure very cold nights.
In addition, the sunlight is exceptionally bright and snowmelt from the Andes provides all the irrigation water required.
Viña Falernia, one of only two wineries in the valley, was built in the late 1990s by Italian Giorgio Flessati and won a Trophy with its first vintage. Elqui produces “some particularly gutsy Syrah at altitudes of over 2,000 metres” (World Atlas of Wine), and the Carmenère is equally robust.
Deep bramble, cassis and spice character, it's great with lamb. Best decanted.
