Day 3! Get ready for a delightful reds dozen from France's famous Rhône region, a smorgasbord of mouth filling fruit richness and incredible oak driven complexity.
Perfect for a long Easter Sunday lunch, especially if roast meats are on the menu.
Fans of fine French wines, we don't need to tell you how impressive $90 a bottle is for Rhône reds… Taste a powerful pair of princes in raspberry-rich Gold-winning La Porte des Princes Grenache 2022 and the velvety black, garrigue-scented Le Prince de Courthézon 2022 with a streak of medal wins. Rounding out the mix is another gorgeous Grenache blend crowned in Gold – Willem the Silent 2022. Grown in Vaucluse, not far from neighbouring Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it's crafted by the highly awarded Châteauneuf winemaker, Thierry Ferlay. Amazing value after your 48% off is applied (valid for 24 hours only but may sell out prior).
A rich, juicy southern Rhône red will be added to your order for FREE today! The fruit for this wine used to go to the prestigious maison, Chapoutier! So you know you are getting something BIG.
In keeping with French tradition, serve up a tender lamb leg roast with your delightful Rhône reds this Easter. But make sure to order now, this offer will end tomorrow (21 Mar) at 5pm or before when these wines are gone for good – act fast!
They say it takes a village, but here it just takes seven. The magnificent seven behind this white are led by Jean Paul Coste, winemaker and grandson of the village cellar's founder. Their Gold-medal red was a hit with customers when it launched. Now we're excited to share their Blanc. A classic Roussanne blend; citrus, apricot, peach and wild flower notes mingle with a honeyed lovely intensity and mineral depth – rich, but still fresh and dry. Serve with grilled fish for a perfect match.
This well priced southern Rhône red is packed with herby black fruit and spice character. If it hailed from any of its neighbouring regions, it would cost a pretty penny. But from the often overlooked Vaucluse, it delivers great flavour and value.
As close as you could hope to come to an authentic Châteauneuf style without paying the premium. Finest Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from neighbouring vineyards combine beautifully to give herb-scented, velvety black fruit, liquorice and spice.
