Description

Over 20 years ago, the legendary Hervé Sabardeil started making his jaw-dropping Cabalié from the south of France.

Today, it is still one of our most popular wines. This Cabalié Coup de Coeur 2022 is a special edition crafted for Cabalié's 20th Anniversary. Coup-de-Coeur means 'blow to the heart' – having a crush on something, or instantly falling in love with it. And that's what will happen to you with this lavish, luscious, inky, velvety beauty. It's impossible to resist. Like the original Cabalié, the grapes are Grenache and Carignan from the finest slate soils of the Roussillon but using small portions of old vine fruit. Yields are minute, which accounts for the incredible intensity of flavour. The wine was aged in oak casks for six months to lend a luxurious layer of creamy oak complexity. It's truly spectacular, and today it is available to you at half price.
